Rust red skirt, perfect for moms! This is the most comfortable, flattering skirt ever!! I had been looking at this forever and was excited to find it so cheap on Amazon. Other sites had it listed for like 3X as much! I’m glad I waited! The quality is super high, much better than I would expect for it being sold so cheap. I definitely would feel okay paying a little more for it considering how high quality it is.
Rust Red Skirt Fabric
The fabric is amazing. Not quite as thin as my favorite summer dress, but still very, very thin and light. It’s super finely woven and drapes and catches the air really well. Like super finely woven, high thread count sheets and so super comfy! It’s a little more of a rust red than it looks in the pictures. Super beautiful color. I had it specifically on my capsule wardrobe color palette, and it’s a great addition to my real life wardrobe!

Fit
I really like the fit. It looks like a full skirt, but skims your curves up top and doesn’t get super full until the bottom. For my body shape, I like wearing it a little higher on my waist and it skims right over my little love handles. It also skims really nicely over my mom belly. We are experiencing a heat wave with temps over 100 degrees (ew) and I do feel like the thick elastic waistband gets a little hot, but it also might just be the contrast between my legs being so much cooler than wearing pants!
I ordered an extra large, and I felt like it fit really well, super forgiving and stayed up easily. The waistband is strong enough to keep the skirt in place, but very comfortable and 0% constricting, which I love!
Pairing
I absolutely love this abstract leopard, polka dot pattern. It’s a really bold print, so I like to keep everything else pretty neutral. White is the obvious choice. It’s a pretty feminine skirt, so I like to make it a tiny bit more casual with a knotted white tee. It would dress up really easily with a a white blouse
